Well, I tried, but this week proved a real uphill battle in writing every day. Fortunately, there’s a good reason I just couldn’t do it, much as I wanted to.
It was a pretty good week.
I was tied up most of the week with a lot of things happening. There were important networking events, a lot more follow-up than usual, and interviews happening and being scheduled. There was so much to feel positive about, save for not writing here. (And it was all I could do to get a midweek column about a big development in college basketball together.)
That’s going to change, though. I have every intention of getting back to normal this week. It will surely help me with what lies ahead, which is a lot of important things. Included is the plan to get back to telling some stories of learning while on the job, which was interrupted by a great event that gave me the impetus for a few entries (and maybe a little more than that).
So this should be temporary, although as we all know, life has a way of getting in our way sometimes. Fortunately, that is happening in a good way right now.
