I’ve been gone from here far too long. It’s time to come back, even if not on the daily basis I once pipe dreamed of.
Over the last few months, I’ve had to deal with a health issue and the start of a new job, as well as the demands of the holidays. It has me energized as 2018 has gotten started, especially since many other doors are opening up for me now. Still, consistency is one of the great virtues to have with a blog, and in recent months I failed in that regard – miserably.
It’s time to be better, and there’s no time like the present to do just that.
For some of the next couple of months, I’ll share my Hoopville writing here, but I have other subjects ready to go as well. To that end, I invite you to enjoy this piece I had the privilege of putting together for the Talent Hack blog run by Lindsay Mustain, a former Amazon recruiter who is now trying to disrupt recruiting and job searching with her own business, Talent Paradigm.
